
Bolognese Zucchini Noodles
This is a great alternative to those who love bolognese but don't love the carbs that come with eating pasta!
Or Simply you want to try and get more veggies in for you and the family.
Ingredients:
Zucchini Noodles
Lean Beef/Turkey mince or Lentils if you don't eat meat
Green beans/carrots/celery/onion- any veggies you wish to add
Bolognese sauce/tin of crushed tomatoes
Method:
Cook Mince and onion until browned
Add in chopped up vegies and cook until slightly soft
Add sauce
Prepare Zoodles but softening them in the microwave first then lightly fry in pan.
serve Zoodles then add mean and veggie mix on top
