Makes 6 Brownies
- 50g The Pure Essentials Chocolate Organic Plant Protein
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 25g Hazlenuts
- 25g Activated almonds
- 50ml Activated Almond Milk
- 20g Cacao Powder
- 100g pitted dates

DIRECTIONS.
1. Soak dates in boiling water for a few minutes
2. Blitz nuts in blender until desired consistency. I used a nutribullet
3. Add nuts, dates, protein powder and baking soda, cacao into a mixing bowl
4. Add almond milk and stir. Keep stirring and adding more almond milk if required until the mixture becomes gooey
5. Press into a baking dish
6. Bake on 180 degrees Celsius for approx 20 minutes.
