Are you looking for a sweet treat without the dairy and added nutrition over easter?

Try these Vegan Protein Bounty balls!! 


1 bag shredded coconut

1 can of coconut condensed milk

1 scoop of Pure Essentials vegan protein powder

1 small block of Vegan chocolate (white or dark for dipping)



mix shredded coconut, condensed coconut milk and protein powder in a large bowl and roll into balls.

Melt Vegan chocolate, dip balls into chocolate however you desire (full, half or drizzled on top)

Pop in the fridge to set! ENJOY
